  1. Hello. Looking in Advanced--> VOiP Phones in the console, I see the MAC addresses of some handsets in a tenant. There is a 'reveal password' eye beside the MAC address. The password doesnt seem to be the SIP password, so what is the purpose? Is it a hashed password? Version 68.0.3
  2. Hello. Just discovered that my system wont generate QR codes from extensions>dropdown list "download QR codes". Comes up with the extension number and name, but no QR. Of course I discovered this while the internet at the largest client was cancelled. It appears that then going to Extensions > Ext > Provisioning > Apps > QR-Code generates a code but the code is butchered. Whereas the normal code would translate to : {"url":"https://domainname","user":"user@domain name","pass":"32 character password"} mine generates: {"s":"domainname","t":"10 character sequence"} System is 68.0.3
  3. Good point re the firmware, thanks. The host have taken PCAPs and cant hear any audio issues, hence the phone is the main problem as far as I can see. I know that the current firmware is required for 68 to be able to autop with RPS.
  4. Hello. I have a PBX with a variety of Yealink handsets. 6x T42S, 2x T46S with expansion modules and 7x T46U with expansion modules. PBX was working fine on the previous version 66 and was upgraded by the host to 68.0.2 and we start to get problems which normally sound like the adaptive jitter buffer type of Dalek sounds. The broken audio is only inbound to the handset and intermittant in nature. I have set the jitter buffer to static and various attempts of 120, 180 and 240ms. all with the same complaint from the users. Echo cancellation is turned off as well. These T46 handsets are all autoprovisioned so I have reprovisioned one from the most vocal user and await their feedback. I am hoping that something has changed with the templates and an autoprovision might fix the issue. It did change the ringtones which they also sooked about. I dont think it is a bandwidth issue as it on a fiber NBN service here in Australia and while not high bandwidth, the downstream is greater than the upstream at the site. Transport is UDP, and the preferred CODECS are PCMA and G.729. I am fresh out of ideas and the host can find no issue in the PCAPs they are taking of the calls. Anyone have any other ideas that may help?
  5. I found a workaround for this user. I used a QR scanner on the new QR and it is corrupt. So I scanned the QR from the original PBX instance, copied the text URL, replaced the domain target with the new host URL and generated a new QR code with a local app and sent it to the client and it worked. Was speaking with the original host this morning and they have upgraded from Software version 66.0.2 (CentOS64) and are unable to generate QR codes now they are on Software version 68.0.2 (CentOS64), so this might be something to look into given the utility of the Vodia App. Thanks for your input,
  6. Howdy. The extension numbers are the same, but the tenant has moved hosts via TAR file. Originally it was a subscription service through my SIP provider but they are no longer adding new tenants and are encouraging existing tenants to move to a new platform. I had Rupert here in Australia setup the new host in AWS, received the TAR file implemented that, and entered the trunk details. Box works with autoprovisioning using RPS for the handsets, but the app remains unresponsive. He can open the app, scan the QR and it goes back to the start page. Might be important, but I can't download the QR codes from the extension drop down menu, I was able to get the codes from the user portal. Tried these but still not working.
  7. Thanks for the reply. I dont have access to the original tenancy to check for app registration. The client has uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but it retains the old settings. DNS is still in place for the old host, I might ask them to remove the DNS entry and see if that breaks the app to make it ask for a new QR code.
  8. Hello. I have a client who had the app installed on his android device, but we have moved the PBX to a new host. I have sent the new QR codes but he cannot scan them. The app asks for username and password, most likely for the old host. How can we scan a new code in the app?
