Thank you for your reply. I did in fact add a ANI per extension when I first noticed the issue but it did not resolve it. Doubtful it would affect it but each extension also has their own DID.

This is probably a easy one but I have a problem where some of our tenants/ customers showing as their extensions number when they ring each other. Preferably we would like this to show as their main number or extension CLI Any idea where to look for this?
