  1. Hi All We have followed the Vodia docs and we are having trouble getting the Vodia PBX to work with MS Teams. Currently you can make a call from a Vodia PBX extension to a Teams client and it works well, however Teams clients calling to a Vodia extension the call will fail. We are using the latest release of Vodia 69. System is hosted on AWS. Any assistance would be greatly apperciated.

  3. Hi All, Is anyone else experiencing issues with the Vodia app on Android phones. We experience times where the app wont ring on the mobile phone so the user has no idea that there is call being presented. We have other times where a call is presented to a desk phone and to the same extension number via the Vodia app, the call is answered on the desk phone however the next time the user unlocks their mobile the exact same call is presented and starts ringing the phone, the only way to stop the ringing is to answer the phone and obviously there is no one there. We dont have these issues on iphones. Current release on the Vodia server is 68.0.24 The issue occurs if the mobile is being used on wifi or LTE Looking for help and suggestions on how to fix the issue
  4. I ended up logging into the GUI of the base station and putting in the server FQDN into the auto provision section, then selecting auto provision and everything came on line. Can you expand on "One of the "hacks" is that you can put the IMEI (the ID for the DECT handsets) into parameter 1 for the extension. Then the handset should be automatically be assigned to the base. " please
  5. When will 68.0.23 become GA. Or what is the glitch with the LDAP config so I can fix it please.
  6. Hi Team, Looking for some advice here please, having trouble provisioning yealink W76P (W70B base station and W56H DECT Cordless). Enter the MAC address in the account under the tenant, the MAC appears in Yealink RPS. When fire up the base station I can see it hit RPS however the handset never downloads the config file from the Vodia server. Where am I going wrong. FYI desk phones are provisioning fine its just the DECT ones.
  7. Looking for help please, Yealink phones registered fine and they are working for calls in and out. Pressing the directory button on the phone and you get an error "LDAP Server is unavailable" displayed on the screen of the phone however if you perform a search you can look up the contacts on the phone. I have the same error happening across multiple tenants.
