The documentation on this subject is not clear. If i enable a second language in the ivr, (ie first being English, second being German), what is the result supposed to be, as nothing happens. Is it required to have an option in the IVR that the caller hears (Welcome to XYX company, to listen in Deutche, press 1,...blah blah blah), and then redirect 1 to another autoattendant?? I dont understand how the dual language selection works in the auto-attendant section. Thanks
