    BLF and SPA525G

Hello, I'm using SPA525G phones with SnomONE. I have got unused line keys on the screen i wanted to use for BLF to monitor extensions and parking orbit. I tried to set on a key the following function for BLF : fnc=sd+blf+cp;ext=40@$PROXY; The only thing is that BLF isn't working because when the extension 40 is being called, the status on my phone does not change. I have activated calls monitoring of extension 40 on my account in SnomONE account settings. How can this be achieved from a Cisco SPA 5XX phone ? Regarding the park orbit key, i tried : fnc=prk;ext=45@$PROXY; Does not work when a call has been parked on this orbit. No blink light. (where 45 is an orbit park) I look forward other CIsco users to know which settings I should apply. Many thanks, Alexandre
  2. Just wondering if there is any way to pass BLF information over a pbx to pbx trunk if both ends are Vodia? If not could it be added in the future? The use case is as follows, We have larger customers who have multi-national offices with PBX'a in their region with private MPLS trunks for low latency call pass though. They have time zone overlaps where staff in remote countries are making or receiving calls from or to customers in other countries. Being able to pass though some kind of BLF information for monitored extensions would be very beneficial for receptionists and staff who are transferring calls around globally. Thoughts?
  3. I use a variety of phones as extensions, and of course I want to be able to use buttons and lamps as needed. I can't find any complete document that shows how to do this. For example: > in general, what phone features / settings does SnomONE support? How do you select and map specific features? > how do you make a custom config file for a specific phone? there are a few SNOM phone files, but no notes about how to create your own file for any brand phone > what is the file format for PnP? I think it's html, but what is the internal format? > how do you map a button to a function / feature? for example, how do you determine the button's internal number? What set of features is available? > how do you config shared appearances; for example, - a busy-lamp field [bLF]? - shared line appearances? > how do you use a smart screen such as several phones from Grandstream, Panasonic, Yaelink and others have? I assume there's an XML mapping scheme, but where? How can you pass-through Internet/Web applications to the screen? > how do you display a scrollable / searchable contact list, with edit features at the phone? I realize there are bits, pieces and hints in various places, but it takes forever to glean this stuff. There should be a document. Dave
