  1. We are using a Vodia PBX provider operating Vodia-PBX/57.3.4. We would like get a report on what Auto Attendant option our callers have selected in the month. We have a very simple setup. Incoming calls are answered by the Auto Attendant and the callers are given two options. Option 1 will ring Hunt Group 1 Option 2 will ring Hunt Group 2 We wish to gather statistics on a monthly basis of how many callers pressed option 1 and how many callers pressed option 2, and how many callers hung up out of bewilderment (though the hang up stat is not an essential requirement) I'm looking for guidance on the best way to achieve these statistics. The Daily CDR report doesn't seem to provide the information I need and is daily, not monthly. I would also be happy to employ a third party reporting software, but need assistance on which one will provide the stats I need. I am of course hoping the PBX can provide the stats for me without third party software licensing costs. Thank you. Greg
Saludos, Cesar Bagatella
  3. Would like to hear from anyone on this list that is able to send a complete webcdr json record to a remote server and receive the entire record. I was able to capture a few complete records using tcpdump on the remote server, but more often than not, I am only getting partial records, As a test, I also ran tcpdump on the Vodia server and the remote server to compare output. The record being sent from the Vodia server was also incomplete, so the remote server showed the same info. I'm wondering if I have my tcpdump filter set up incorrectly (I am using -s0 for full length records) or if the Vodia server is cutting off the record for some reason. My tcpdump filter is working fine with plain json posts, just not webcdr json posts. I'm having no problems with the plain json records sending and receiving, so this webcdr json is confusing me. Any ideas? Thanks, Craig
  4. Hello everybody I am a new user here as well as new to the PBX. I guess you will see me here often =) Here is my problem. I am new in the company and my ex-colleague has done a lot of work in order to get the system working. Unfortunately, he has left suddenly and I think he messed up the things here for a reason. However, the system is still working, but the daily CDR are not working anymore. He has changed the password of the email which is used by the PBX and since then it stopped working. I did reset of the passwords and it seems like both have communication between each other, but the CDRs are not being send yet. I tried the Test function and still can't receive them. What could be the problem ? Where should I start looking at ? When I access the email and look into the history - it shows that someone has entered the email via the smtp. So, I guess the problem should be somewhere else, but I / still / just don't have that imagination. Please, help me out with this, because is vital for me and the company too. Sincerely, David

  6. Hello, Is there a way to add a duration field for each call in the csv when using file:disk mode? Currently i have only start, stop, but this i cannot use because if i do a minus, then i will not get back the right seconds. Thank you, Gergely
