Hello, I've a customer with a DID trunk +390586123xxx where xxx is the range of numbers we can receive calls on. Every number is a partner number. The customer would like to see on the snom display (snom 710) not just the callerid of the number calling but also on what DID +390586xxx is calling, or better, he would show the partner name (he should add the address book something like +390586123001 -> Google, +390586123002 -> Apple, etc). So if someone with number +1323123456 call on +390586123001, the customer see on the snom phone "Google (+1323123456)". Is that possible? Thank you.

Hello, I just installed the last version of Vodia and I'm trying to do provisioning with a Snom D315 in the LAN but is not working, vodia logs reports: Web Server: File snomD315/snomD315-firmware.htm not found And then nothing else. Phone is this: https://www.snom.com/ip-phones/desk-phones/d3xx-series/snom-315-desk-telephone/ with firmware version: snomD315-SIP 8.9.3.46 Vodia PBX version: 60.0.1 (Debian64) I checked almost everything but it doesn't work, what can I check? Starting today I have a Snom 760 phone that when a call is parked, and it rings back after not being picked up for a while it is not having an audible ring. The light on top right of phone just flashes. I've tried factory reset on phone, and have tested from other phones which seem to work fine. Any suggestion?

Hi Guys I have a problem with our new snomone appliance. We use version 5.1.2 of Snomone with SPA941 and Snom 320 phones. External calls show the right caller ID, but if we transfer the call, the caller id of the internal number is on the display. is it possible, that the external caller id shows after transfering?

Hallo Forum, wir möchten von einer 3cx auf eine snom one mini umsteigen, das Gerät ist hier und hat folgenden Firmwarestand: 5.0.10a Wir möchten das snom370 benutzen und wir sind schon mal so weit, dass wir raus telefonieren können. Leider bekommen wir keine Anrufe rein und können den Fehler nicht finden. An der snom one wird der ankommende Anruf aber signalisiert... Danke für eure Hilfe
