your customer use a softphone and we open the account for provison and the softphone is working, next day the softphone is offline the PC is during the night not on and power on is on next day.


How is the setup to provison a softphone and use this everday without every day open the account for provision, the customer has no fix IP.

We bind no MAC adress to this account we use *


The same problem is for the M700, is the M700 disconnected you need to open the provision for this account again.

I cannot imagine how the opening of the extension for provisioning can be related to the soft phone registration. I would try to get a native PCAP (not inside the PBX, but using Wireshark filter by the IP address of the phone) to see if there is something going on that we should know about.
