McFone
Hi, for a long time we have a problem with this restriction from snom to the 320 phones. Can you describe via a best pratice what is the changes to the PNP files and where to storage the files on the vodia pbx server to switch the phone to german. http://wiki.snom.com/FAQ/How_can_I_enable_multiple_language_support_for_snom300/320/360 thanks
Vodia PBX
If you can manually do these steps, the PBX can just serve as a TFTP or HTTP server. The files then have to be in the tftp folder. This also applies when using the HTTP protocol, where they can be found with http://pbx-adr/tftp/filename. Once the phone has been manually changed to the German version, you should be able to use the automatic provisioning again. Long term we expect that the phones with the small memory will be replaced with the newer models (e.g. snom D325). After all, a GB flash is not that expensive any more.
