Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate support?

Recommended Posts

Seems like when using certbot, all we need to do is to write a piece of code that drops the challenge answer into the tftp folder of the PBX, so that the bot can pick up the answer from the PBX. If the PBX trusts localhost for REST API commands we could also script something that automatically uploads the certificate into the PBX.

Might be a solution you can try when the system is not having any calls: You can try to download the tar file of the domain, delete the domain and put it back. This can be one of the ways.

sounds very risky

my domains have the following naming scheme

primary name: domain.com

alias name: voice.domain.com

will the pbx create a certificate on the primary or alias name?

It will create it on a FQDN domain name. So generally that is the Primary name that is assigned.

Or you can try to turn off the letsencrypt setting and turn it on again.
