Documentation for Pickup Group / Call Back (ACD)

Hi Devs/Admin,


With the release of 57.0, can you point us in the right direction in terms of how to use some of these features. I found Pickup Group under buttons but it isnt exactly intuitive to figure out how to use. Same thing with the Call Back function within ACD. Possibly if you can provide a sample tied to a scenario, that would be great.

We finally got the grip of it, as this is something not been used over the years.

So steps to setup a Pickup Group on your PBX:-


1) Go to the extension which you would like to be the one who can pick up any other extensions calls (Pick up group being created here). Add all the extensions which it would like to pick up the calls of as shown in image 1.

2) Add a button on the ext. (you are picking up the calls FROM / ON) for the pick up group as shown in the image 2.

3) Re-provision the phone and you are all set.
