R. Baltzer Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 Good Morning, I have a problem when a call comes in through an agent group. The caller-id is showing the connected phone number, it should present the name entered in the address book. When I redirect this incoming call directly to an extension then the caller-id is replaced by the address book entry, it is displaying the configured name instead of the number. Is this due to wrong configuring or is it an agent group related bug/problem? Kind regards, Rene Quote
