Unable to add second trunk

Is there a limitation with the test version where you can only have one trunk? I have tried entering a second trunk, and it disappears as soon as I apply the changes. At first, I thought it might be a browser issue, so I cleared the cache. Did the same thing. Tried Edge instead of Chrome. Same thing. Tried a different computer at a different location, and it's still doing the same thing.
