Parks Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 We just cut over a few companies to this platform and have CO lines setup for them as they are doctor offices and need things simple and as close to the way they are use to things as possible. We unfortunately don't have the incoming calls showing on the co lines. We originally got support when we couldn't get incoming calls and were told to have all trunks as outbound only.
