What's the issue with the voicemail? Was it already posted in this thread?

Issue was posted in this thread already .. here it is again.

Additional issue .. in the RC for some reason VM messages are not recording (that is why is need the logging working) and it seems related to this situation and not "normal" extenstions.

Caller comes into AA then presses 6 which transfers them to an extenstion with NO registrations, when the caller is connected the VM (goes right to VM as it is unregisterd .. lets call this a VM only ext) the prompts and recordings are playing and the user is leaving a VM but for some odd reason unless the caller presses # or a digit it will NOT leave the VM which is very odd as usually a call disconnect works just as well and is certanly not expected!

PLEASE check this out.

I decided to try the latest version tonight after office hours in our live environment. I should NEVER have done that! All settings were deleted and the xml files were overwritten with 0 byte files.

I have never experienced this after an upgrade before. Luckily I had a copy thats a few weeks old of the PBX directory. I lost some extensions but I'm working now to restore them.

Always follow the upgrade documentation, I do, although I did is so many times without any issues, better safe than...

Step 1 in the upgrade process is backup the pbx directory.

It also does not hurt to get a backup automatically every day. I think in Windows it is easy to schedule a daily job and all you need to do is copy he directory to a network drive. Then even if the server crashes completely you can restore that latest version.

I really like all the enhancements your making.. Is it possible to add CDR SOAP url on a domain by domain basis?

You can do it globally, but if i could send SOAP requested on a domain basis that would help when your tenanting.

things that still dont work:

Cell Phone inclusion: Specify time when system calls the cell phone Critical feature bug

Calls still call outside of the specified times allowed.

snom buttons, login/logout

You can log in and log out however the button does not light (or un-light) until a call enters the queue. Is it possible to update the phone immediately when the call is completed?

You guys are doing a great job!

Hi,

I have noticed that all the agents are still able to logout from an agent group even when I have set that at least one agent should remain in the group. It looks like these functionality is not working.

And there is also still the strange call transfer behavior described in http://forum.pbxnsip.com/index.php?showtop...entry6766

After transfering the call the call is connected but pbxnsip is thinking that the call is put on hold.

Kind regards,

Rene.

So the latest and greatest are to be found here:

http://pbxnsip.com/cs410/update-3.1.1.3101.tgz (CS410)

We have to address the attended transfer into IVR after this 3.1.1 version. This will mess up a lot of things, and we first want to have a stable release before we can mess things up again...

Maybe that was a misunderstanding... Do you mean the general login or the login into a specifc queue (putting an agent on the list)? Which button does not night? The light of the queue or the login button?

Click to Dial doesn not work.

Switched back to previous version to get it working.

Debian revision? Also, please address the logging issue? Lastly, I still have not had an answer on forcing outgoing ANI changes as currently it sends the incoming ANI out for redirected calls and that is always not possible as some vendors make your ANI be one of the known DIDs?

The latest & greatest can be found at http://pbxnsip.com/protect/pbxctrl-debian4.0-3.1.1.3107. If you want to force a ANI outbound, set the trunk Remote Party/Privacy Indication to "No Indication".
