This is what those fields are. Maybe your translations are messed up. Please try to switch browsers and / or go to /reg_translation.htm , turn it on, save it turn it off save it and see if that solves the problem.

We're aware of the "Can see calls of the domain" problem, will update this thread once it's fixed.

If you have previously turned on translations the PBX will not get updates for new translations. You can delete the dict.json file in the PBX directory if you want to revert to the built-in translations (which I would recommend unless you really need your own translations). It is a hidden feature for a reason.
