Guest Mark Frater Posted February 17, 2021 Report Share Posted February 17, 2021 I would like to pull both realtime status and historic call metrics out of Vodia into grafana to create Call Reporting Dashboards. I'd like to use telegraf as the agent for this and for data manipulation, filtering, formatting etc. Has anyone implemented telegraf/influxDB/grafana for this? What are other people using? Then you could take a look what the browser is pulling from the PBX and use the same API. Instead of using a session, you can use Basic authentication. Guest Mark Frater Posted February 19, 2021 Report Share Posted February 19, 2021 Thanks, Yes there is a JSON API plugin for Grafana and similar I think for telegraf. I can log into Vodia Portal and loading pages and use Chrome Developer Tools (F12) -> Network with a filter = rest and have a reasonable guess at a lot of the returned fields. I think the TIG (Telegraf, InfluxDB and Grafana) stack will work ok for getting some nice call reporting graphs.
