Call disconnects before it reaches voicemail

Hello, I am new to Vodia PBX and trying to configure it.

issue I am having is; when I am recieving incoming calls it hangsup before it reaches voicemail. If I reduce the "Time until mailbox picks up" to 20 sec or less it works.

Default or 30sec or more does not work, call disconnects with busy signal after ringing. Am I missing any settings?

Hi Janpreet,

 

You have to make changes to your ring duration from under /reg_settings.htm.

Make sure that is also the setting on the physical phone as well, as sometimes that causes an issue.

I checked the setting is 60 for both PBX and Phone (Grandstream GXP2140)

Ring duration on my Trunk side was set to 25sec. I changed it to 60sec and now it is working. Thank you
