Janpreet Posted July 29, 2021 Report Share Posted July 29, 2021 Hello, I am new to Vodia PBX and trying to configure it. issue I am having is; when I am recieving incoming calls it hangsup before it reaches voicemail. If I reduce the "Time until mailbox picks up" to 20 sec or less it works. Default or 30sec or more does not work, call disconnects with busy signal after ringing. Am I missing any settings? Support Posted July 29, 2021 Report Share Posted July 29, 2021 Hi Janpreet, You have to make changes to your ring duration from under /reg_settings.htm.
