Windows App - conference bouton?

Hello,

Do you know how to operate the conference button?

the desired use is as follows:
during a call, I want to be able to include a correspondent in the conversation.

It's possible?

If not, what's the right way to go?

A calls B

B picks A's call up and put A on hold.

B calls C and then hits the above button.

Make sure you have given B enough permission to do this, or make sure your "groups" are empty/deleted before you do this.

trying to get this to work - currently on V68.0.17.beta (also tried on 68.0.4).  A calls B, B puts A on hold and dials C. Pressing the conference button does nothing.

What permission does 'B' need?

We have a client with this specific request. They want to merge calls ... it does not seem possible on the desktop app.
