Total calls doesn't seem to match IN/OUT/Missed One stat I am looking at has 183 Total, with 0 IN and 0 OUT and 169 Missed. 1.6% Abandoned, 98.4% Transferred. The Abandoned plus transferred add up to the total number of calls, what are the Missed calls (seems to be a big number)? I did not log in any agents, so expected the 0 values. #Note - on 68.0.5.beta the queue stats don't display anything... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for the stats, there might be still some other reasons that would make it add up properly but they are not shown. Are we talking about the email or about the wallboard?
