Total calls doesn't seem to match IN/OUT/Missed One stat I am looking at has 183 Total, with 0 IN and 0 OUT and 169 Missed. 1.6% Abandoned, 98.4% Transferred. The Abandoned plus transferred add up to the total number of calls, what are the Missed calls (seems to be a big number)? I did not log in any agents, so expected the 0 values. #Note - on 68.0.5.beta the queue stats don't display anything... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
