Vodia Support EU Posted July 8, 2022 Report Share Posted July 8, 2022 Hello TravisD, I would like to suggest that you enter the DID as ANI in the extensions. The easiest way to do this is to set the DID for the extension as the outbound DID in "DID Management". If I understood you correctly, this is how it should work. TravisD Posted July 20, 2022 Author Report Share Posted July 20, 2022 Thank you for your reply. I did in fact add a ANI per extension when I first noticed the issue but it did not resolve it. Vodia PBX Posted July 20, 2022 Report Share Posted July 20, 2022 It all depends on the trunk. If you are using a trunk from the dropdown list it should all be set up properly for you. Otherwise you can do it yourself, see https://doc.vodia.com/docs/trunk-custom-headers and https://doc.vodia.com/docs/trunk-ani. If you have a trunk that is not on the list, you are welcome to share the trunk settings, and we could add them to the drop down so that the next customer does not have to figure this out again.
