Friedom-Tech Posted December 15, 2008 Report Share Posted December 15, 2008 HI; MY RECEPTIONIST IS COMPLAINING THAT WHEN SHE IS ON THE PHONE AND A SECOND CALL COMES IN, IT MUTES THE CALL SHE IS CURRENTLY ON SO SHE CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING UNLESS SHE PUTS THE CALL ON HOLD AND THEN HITS RESUME!
