RichardDCG Posted July 29 Report Share Posted July 29 PBX v69.3.2 A Grandstream GXP2170 phone will not provision on our tenant, a Yealink T41 will. The GS prompts for a user/pass. But this phone will register on every other tenant. It was previously registered on our tenancy, is there a cache that is preventing this somehow? Vodia Support EU Posted July 29 Report Share Posted July 29 Hello, Normally this should not happen after a factory reset, it can certainly be assumed that this phone has been reset to factory settings. Is this phone known to the manufacturer's RPS (gdms) server and is there any data stored there that could be unintentionally taken over by the phone?
