Call queue setup

Cannot add extension via *64 to a queue.. V69.3.2, Extensions that can add themselves (* for all) I get a message that I have logged into the queue but I am not listed there as an agent, I can login and out of a queue using *64/5 if I am already a member. 

a Teams extension cannot be a queue member even if Include calling teams extensions in queue as queue agents is selected, they have to be queue agent licenses.
