Brohman Posted August 27 Report Share Posted August 27 Audio Questioner I have a customer that is using a Auto attendant to ask a series of questions. Out of Work Tree (option 1) Script mailbox 200 instructions are on the how to record a script message Line 01 – “Please say your first and last names after the tone then press the pound key”. Line 02 – “Please say the Contractor’s name after the tone then press the # key”. Line 03 – “Were you sent as a replacement worker say yes or no after the tone then press the pound key”. Line 04 – “Please say the number of days worked after the tone then press the # key”. The caller records the response top these questions the answers are stored as a single message a sent to a mailbox. Eric_A Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 We can mimic this using IVR nodes. Basically each question would be a new IVR node. Ask the question, they answer and then press # to advance to the next IVR node/question. Out of the box, we can't send it as one voicemail automatically, but we can record the whole call and make that recording available to whomever needs to hear it..
