RichardDCG Posted September 3 Report Share Posted September 3 PBX 69.3.2 I have a tenant with 8 queues, I can see the agents in all but 1 from the main web admin portal. If I login as an ext. with queue admin permission I can see them and log them in/out, but not from the primary PBX domain admin. I have tried different browsers and no change.. I created a specific tenant admin and they cant see the same queue agents when they login.. all other queues are fine. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Vernon Posted September 10 Report Share Posted September 10 Perhaps you might have to re-create the queue if it existed before a PBX upgrade. Might be some associations that got broken.
