Only call to a specific extension

Hello, I'm using VodiaPBX version 68. Is there a way we restrict one extension to only call to a specific extension? Suppose I want extension 100 should only be able to call to extension 101. How can we achieve this? I know we can restrict via dialplan to outside number but how this can be done to other extension?

You could create a dial plan specifically for this extension and then use the "route internal calls" flag to skip the routing of internal calls before hitting the dial plan.
