icedutah
We have a very old PBX version that no longer allows us to add extensions. Hasn't been updated in years! We purchased more licenses and the upgrade code doesn't actually work. Trying to use this xml file for the update it fails with no errors. https://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-57.3.22.xml. Are there any old archives to maybe try and update more gradually? The long term plan is to move off this but currently we need this working. Our sales rep is of no help. Vodia Support EU
Hello, I think the most important thing for the upgrade is the licence, if this is not valid, it will not work. I would like to take a look at the licence you purchased. But I also think that it's not good to do it here. vodia@zammad.com We should follow this up in our ticket system. Vernon
I think there are two places that can limit your max extensions. One is on the tenant admin level where you can set how many extensions a PBX can have. The second would be the license limitation. You should be able to check both as an admin. The license limitations should be under Status -> General if memory serves me right
Vodia PBX
For such an old system, I would set the log level for the web client to 9 and see how the communication to the license server looks like when you re-apply the license.
