My incoming calls work great, but no matter how I setup the Dial Plan, I cannot get outbound calling to work. As a test, I setup the trunk on my old 3CX instance, and it worked immediately. Something must be wrong with the setup template in Vodia. Also I don't see a listing for Flowroute SMS? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then you see what is going back and forth. If there is n INVITE going out, then it's probably something with the dial plan setup. The log will show that. Vodia support Posted Monday at 01:58 PM Report Share Posted Monday at 01:58 PM Hi, For the ourbound call you will need to check if the dial plan is assign in the tenant domain, Settings ---> General Settings on the default dial plan you can choose default if the tenant is new. For the dial plan you want to choose flowroute as the SIP trunk if it's not there, for pattern you can use * and replacement * as catch all number. Next you want to check your customer headers in the Flowroute SIP trunkm I would focus on the rewrite global numbers maybe 11 digits or E.164 with + Then try the outbound call. if that fails turn on the SIP logging on the system. https://doc.vodia.com/docs/admin-logging Activate the values below, make sure your in the admin level of the PBX --Status ---Logfile set the length to 1000 save and clear the log and then make your outbound call and reload the page and send us the logfile.
