Hi Team

as we are still not in production with version v69, we are missing out on templates for provisioning newer phones (like Yealink t44W)

Any chance I can get them transferred over to v68.0.37?

I think there is another issue with new Yealink phones, they don't seem to be provisioning.

Looks like matching fails due to new Mac address formats for new batch of yealink phones:

[7] 12:25:51.426 Provisioning without domain contextⓘ
[9] 12:25:51.427 Tried to match 44dbd22c9dd9.boot

when checked against config files it doesn't find that MAC format.

This is on old v68 and new v69

Did you add this MAC Prefix under the Provisioning Server Redirection?

I guess this is for redirection server, have added it now, but still fails on Autop.

I presume it is not matching it on the list:

I have added it there, and it is working now (with new Mac format for t70b)

would still good to get other models into the system on v68

I should've mentioned the .pnp file too, thats another place for provisioning.

One other thing for you to watch out for if a repeated upgrade doesn't work is that there won't be a button template. You can temporarily try to reassign the phone as a T43U to get the button config page to show up.

You can do that under Advanced -> Voip Phones -> Select MAC -> Edit -> Make the PBX think this is a T43U -> Reprovision and the buttons should show up

Hmm just checked the 68.0.39, it should really contain the T44 models. Maybe try to upgrade one more time?

Oh, thanks for the tip, I didn't notice there is versions beyond 68.0.37 as it was not offered on PBX
