Great Office - Hummig KG Posted May 10, 2009 Report Posted May 10, 2009 Hi, How do I remove the "blank" fields ??? Please see the attached screenshot Obviously you have created some empty Button-Profiles. Go into the Domain-Setup / Settings / Buttons and delete the empty button-profiles. Quote

Great Office - Hummig KG Posted May 10, 2009 Report Posted May 10, 2009 :-) If it was that simple, it was no problem. But that is not the case. OK. What happens, if you create more button-profiles? Are they added to the empty fields or will some of the empty fields be renamed? Maybe a cleanup of the appropriate xml-File is necessary ;-) Quote

Futher more, I think that is is somehow causing some problems in the PnP config, that is why I want to remove them. Quote

Mads Mortensen Posted May 11, 2009 Author Report Posted May 11, 2009 Did you try deleting the 'pnp_parms' folder? Yes; Do not change anything. Quote
Mads Mortensen Posted May 14, 2009 Author Report Posted May 14, 2009 Yes; Do not change anything. Any one with a solution for this?? Quote
pbx support Posted May 14, 2009 Report Posted May 14, 2009 Any one with a solution for this?? Looks like you have some old button lists in the system. Please check out the "button_lists" folder under the PBX install directory. If the "name" field is empty in any of those files within that directory, that can cause this issue. You can delete those files and the problem should go away. You may have to restart the PBX. Quote

Martin Koenig Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 There were many things buggy with "Buttons" up until v3.4.0-3200. If you are using Buttons, you should strongly push forward to update your system and re-setup all Buttons accordingly. Best regards, Martin Quote

If you like, ask for a 3.4 build, which already fixes a couple of things. Quote

Vodia PBX Posted June 29, 2009 Report Posted June 29, 2009 Any releasenotes or things I should know about?? "IMHO" it is pretty stable. But it is not released yet. We are still testing it. Release notes are also missing. If you use it, make sure that you have a backup and can move back any time. Quote
