Exchange > PBXnSIP transfers not working.

Hi all,

 

I am having trouble with pbxnsip / exchange when transferring calls from exchange to pbxnsip.

 

The user can get to exchange fine, but as soon as they want to transfer back to pbxnsip then the prompt say "We are sorry but you are not allowed to place this call"

Based on this log, PBX is supposed send call to

 

REFER-TO: <sip:5204@10.1.1.13:2373;transport=tcp;user=phone>.

 

Maybe the caller does not have permission to call this number.

 

None of the dialplans associated here did not find a match.

creating an alias on the domain "10.1.1.13" did take the problem away... Thanks alot for the help.. would like to know how i can get exchange to send "ext@domain" to the pbx and not the ip still tho.
