jlumby Posted September 10, 2009 Report Share Posted September 10, 2009 I am running 3.4.0.3201 (Win32) and I am having an issue where the DTMF digits are rarely recognized while the greeting is playing, however they work perfectly in the silence after the greeting is done being played. Any suggestions for improving the recognition during the greeting? Are you using the inband detection of the PBX? Or is the carrier supposed to do that job?
