recording in or out?

This recording file 140951-i-238-10009099783.wav was an outbound call but the file same suggests it as in inbound call.

 

did I do something wrong?

 

This is my recording location: /opt/recordings/$m/$d/$t-$i-$u-$n.wav

We need to redefine the logic for the recording location. On thing that is clear is that it should be a lot more account related, e.g. a feature of the ACD or the hunt group. Then it also becomes easier to come up with a useful name.

I am ok with the logic. what I dont understand is why an outbound call is 140951-i-238-10009099783.wav

 

it should be 140951-o-238-10009099783.wav

I am having the same issue. I did not with previous versions, however with 3.4.0.3202 all call recordings state that they are incoming

I am having the same problem as well. I am on 3.4.0.3201 Has this been remedied?
