The 30 seconds sound like there is no answer coming back from a device and it times out. Can you check if all those extensions are registered properly and respond okay?

I have tested this in the lab has describe above, I also tried different scenario. The end result is that all the extension in the group ring according to what is set in the duration, some range from 20-30 having from 3 to 5 extension and escaping to the AA for example.

hey pbxnsip can you provide him with the latest beta?

in the new version 4.0.1.3455 (Linux) the timer woks fine the only problem is is i enter a phone number by Final Stage it will cut off the caller when it tries to call i tried the number with a 1 and without

You might use a analog gateway which generally have problems detecting when the call was really connected. Check if you FXO provider supports polarity detection, then the gateway has a chance to detect when the cell phone picked up. Then the PBX has a chance to start the playback at the right time.

I guess with a PRI interface or SIP trunking this problem should disappear.
