Enrique
Hi, I have CS410 with version 4.0.1.3499 loaded. The problem I'm having is that all my incoming calls are being detected as anonymous, if I connect a normal phone to the line, the Caller-ID displays correctly on the phone's LCD. I have already adjusted the Input GAIN parameter from 0 to +6db and there's no change on the behaivor. I'm attaching the log file where you can see that the Caller-ID event is dispatched (eVAPI_CALLER_ID_DETECTED_EVENT ) but the CS410 is unable to detect the Caller-ID (PSTN: Did not receive Caller-ID), after answering the call it routes it to extension 170 that its our AutoAttendant. Hope anybody can help. Enrique. Vodia PBX
Does the audio sound "good"? Or is there a low volume on the call? There are some analog signal amplifiers available, I have heared about cases where that helped. I guess a regular phone does display the caller-ID. Maybe that's why the caller id is not being read.
