Caller-ID Not Working

Enrique

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have CS410 with version 4.0.1.3499 loaded. The problem I'm having is that all my incoming calls are being detected as anonymous, if I connect a normal phone to the line, the Caller-ID displays correctly on the phone's LCD. I have already adjusted the Input GAIN parameter from 0 to +6db and there's no change on the behaivor.

I'm attaching the log file where you can see that the Caller-ID event is dispatched (eVAPI_CALLER_ID_DETECTED_EVENT ) but the CS410 is unable to detect the Caller-ID (PSTN: Did not receive Caller-ID), after answering the call it routes it to extension 170 that its our AutoAttendant.

Hope anybody can help.

Enrique.

Looks like the caller id is received even before the ring stage. Maybe that's why the caller id is not being read.
