dslepnev
Hi! I have already configured Calling Card service. When I call to Calling Card service extension from ip-phone registered on PBXnSIP - everything is ok. CC answering me, I dial extension number, password, and phone number to call. Conversation success. But when I try to reach CC from PSTN, there is problems... Call flow: PSTN ----E1-->Gateway---SIP-->PBXnSIP (AA). When AA answering I dial CC extensoin. Hear "enter you account number, password", it's ok, entering. But when I try to enter phone number - happens something strange. I see in the trace that pbxnsip recognize my input, but call to dialed number not happes. Advice please where to look. Version: 2.1.0.2115 (Win32)
Vodia PBX
Are you calling from a number that is a cell phone in one of the extensions?
dslepnev
No, I called from other phone numbers. I did'nt tryed co configure cell phone number in the extension. Should I do that? I think that PIN and password in the extension should give me possibility to make calls over Calling Card serivce from any phone.
Vodia PBX
Do you have a dial plan that applies to the calling card account? Either a default domain dial plan or a dial plan for the calling card account?
dslepnev
I tryed both ways: with enabled dial plan for Calling Card and using default Dial plan for domain. Result the same: Calling Card do not understand my phone number input. But imput of user id and password PBXnSIP recognize as well.
