Tom Waterman Posted March 4, 2011 Report Posted March 4, 2011 Hello all. I just upgraded a client to 4.2.0.3958. When a user recieves a missed call email the get the number in a HTML link if you click on the link it shoul start a remote dial however it does not. You get an IE saying the page can not be displayed.Here is one suck link: http://pbx_ip_address/remote_call.htm?user=1234%40xpbx.local&dest=802XXXXXXX Any help would be greatly appreciated. Tom Quote

We are given the Page cannot be displayed error. No login in box. However I would like ti to be seamless. I want the user to click on the link and the phone dial. Quote

pbx support Posted March 23, 2011 Report Posted March 23, 2011 From the email missed calls, we probably will not let the call go through without any login. We tested it hear many times and we always get a login box. Maybe there is the browser is blocking it or something. If that is the case, can you try copy and paste the actual link from the email to a browser address bar? Or PM me the actual link. I want to see if there was any issue with the link. Quote
