When the Hot Desking extension is busy the right icon is shown (green+busy). Logged in as agent on the extension still shows grey icon. In the Admin Login interface it shows under Accounts->Status as @:extension and Accounts->Redirection->Hot Desking at: extension In the User Login interface it shows as 'Hot Desking at: extension In the WAC the extension shows as 'Calls forwarded' In the PAC the extension shows as not registered (grey icon) and green-busy icon when busy.
