centricall
Hello, We are using PBXNSIP Version 4.2.0.3958 (Win32). It does not send CDR and ACD xml packets on time to the another computer's port like cdr:192.168.5.100:3200 and for ACD http://192.168.5.217:3200. There is a delay time and this time increase more and more. PBXNSIP works on Windows 2003 Server. How can you help about this problem. pbx support
We have not seen any issues in this area if the system is lightly loaded. But if the call load is high we have seen some delay in the response from PBX. Do you have heavy call load on your system?
centricall
No, it is lightly loaded. If we set the location where the packets sent to php url on apache not to computer's port, the packets are sent on time. But, there is still problem. We have windows service that listens the computer's port and we must use this windows service. Thanks in advance.
pbx support
If it is lightly loaded, then I would suggest to take look at the(your windows service) program that is running on that port. We have seen cases where the receiving program wasn't reading the PBX requests soon enough. Note that PBX is a client here and connects to your program and then sends the data. If the connection is delayed then data will be delayed too. That's why when using php on apache, you see the better results.
