c1malabar Posted May 18, 2011 Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 Bonjour, Lorsque j'importe le répertoire dans Snom ONE Free à partir d'un fichier CSV, j'ai tous les champs qui se remplissent sauf le champs "Speed Dial" où il n'y a rien alors que je mets bien les valeurs sous cette forme dans le fichier csv: prenom;nom;numero;compisition rapide Même en mettant qu'un seul contact dans le fichier CSV, ca ne marche pas. gotvoip Posted May 24, 2011 Report Share Posted May 24, 2011 Hi, If you don't need to use speed dials then don't put them in the header instead of just leaving them blank and it should work fine. If that doesn't work set the log level to 8 and clear it after reloading the CSV see if you have any clues in there. I attached a teaching aid that is used in the training classes.
