I have extensions that are usign the cell phone integration features.

Cell phone number: xxx xxx xxxx

Cell phone number: 1

Confirmation: immedaite

Include the cell phone in calls to extension: include

When calling the extension in a hunt group: include

When calling the extension in an agent group: include

Include cell phone for web callback: include

Specify time when system calls the cell phone: No specific time

When this cell phone calls the PBX: Offer virtual assistant

When the extension get called, the PBX is ringing the cell phone

cell phone display the caller ID and I would like it to display only the Trunk number used ... in other words, I do not what cell phone showing the original caller ID of the caller.

How to do that?

exemple of a live situation:

PBX receive call from 212-555-1212 on Ext 1110 (from AT) -> Trunk number used to call cell phone : 16135551212 (Based on dial plan)

Cell phone is reciving CID 212-555-1212 (Original caller ID) while I would like to display 16135551212 (Trunk Number) and nothing else

PBX verion 4.2.0.3981 (Win32)

Trunk Set up:

Trunk ANI: 16135551212 (and always working)

Remote Party/Privacy Indication: RFC3325-PAI

Rewrite global numbers:

Failover Behavior: On all error codes (usign failover function, if fail over... Other Trunk have the same ANI and working)

Many thank

Thanks for the information,

Changing it to Remote-Party-ID has the effect to show the Original Trunk Number and not the number I want to display. So it does not seams to be working...

My trunk provider do allow me to display anything I want... It does work if the call is originate from interna extensions but it does not when it is from a remote caller.

Any word on this...

I really need this to be working like following

outbound call -> PBX -> call phone = display trunk number only (Trunk CID)

outbound call -> PBX -> Ext = Outbound caller CID

Ext -> Outbound call = EXT ANI (since they are different based on user location) (EXT CID)

thanks

Using version 4.2.1.4025 (Win32)
