Sigitas Posted August 3, 2011 Report Share Posted August 3, 2011 Hi, I am having a "No Ringback" issue with my system. The call flow is SnomONE -> SIP Trunk -> Lync server. Calls are answered fine and calls internal have ring but no one calling in hears ringing. When callers call from Lync into SnomONE they hear ringback tone. Where could be the problem? Vodia support Posted August 3, 2011 Report Share Posted August 3, 2011 In the snomONE Directory check "audio_en" folder and search for "ringback.wave" to see if the file is there.
