I have integrated Exchange 2010 SP1 Unified Messaging into the snom One PBX. Voicemail works correctly however call transfers from Exchange UM back to snom One fail. The logs show the following information: REFER from device type "RTCC/3.5.0.0 MSExchangeUM/14.01.0339.001" is not supported in this product Call f1de402c@pbx: Last request not finished From reading other posts I understand that the basic version of snom One does not support referals from non Snom devices, however we are running the Blue license which is unlimited. Yea, the decision was that snom ONE does not support transfer on third party devices. Seems like snom police wanted that everybody is a good citizen and uses only snom products! But obviously that went too far. There is a product called snom ONE green which does allow this (although I can't find it on the product web site).
