SFX Group
Think i found it.... http ://server:port/prov/snom-m9-{mac}.xml If this is it, do i need to put in the the {mac} manually or will the M9 base do this by itself? something line "http ://192.168.1.63:8080/prov/snom-m9-settings-0019D11CD87A.xml"

Vodia PBX
If you just enter the IP address like "192.168.1.3" it should work already (at least in the LAN).
pbx support
So, I assume the basic PnP mechanism works, but the m9 was not configured properly. Can you check the <working dir>/generated/<domain>/<extension> folder to see if there are files generated?

I set it to "192.168.1.63:8080" as this is the server and port the SNOM ONE server is on.... how do i know its working?

Can you check the /generated// folder to see if there are files generated? Nothing in there, there a folder "21" which is my main extenstion 21, however the M9 is extenstion 41, there is no folder "41", how do i generate this folder? I have noticed something, the URL http ://192.168.1.63:8080/prov/snom-m9-000413304B3D.xml" shows the data below (you will notice both the below URLS have the wrong MAC address in them), is this coupled with Snom ONE not having the directories? "http ://192.168.1.63:8080/prov/snom-m9-firmware-0019D11CD87A.xml" "http ://192.168.1.63:8080/prov/snom-m9-settings-0019D11CD87A.xml"

Well actually the default transport protocol is TFTP, so you would have to put the TFTP server port behind the colon if you just want to put the IP address there. Did you change the TFTP port? If you do want to use HTTP, you need to use the form http://192.168.1.63:8080/prov/snom-m9-000413123456.xml.

Steve B
Why is the provisioning URL for the M9 that uses the M9 MAC address returning URL that has a MAC address of one of my PCs on the LAN MAC address in them? this is wrong, wheres the bug? Is the PC on the LAN your DNS server? The reason I am asking is that I have noticed when I have ran into separate DNS servers on a lan than the gateway (router) all my phones get the primary MAC of the DNS server when they communicate with the PBX. I fixed this by treating the provisioning like being outside of the network and used the client username and password to auto provision instead of the MAC.
