Vodia support Posted December 5, 2011 Report Posted December 5, 2011 If the pbx india is connected to a pstn line then it should be possible to create a sip gateway trunk and create dial plan on the Sigapore office. You will have to create a prefix in the dial plan so that the pbx can choose the correct trunk. Check this article on connecting to branches together. http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Connecting_Branch_Offices_Together Quote

pbx support Posted December 6, 2011 Report Posted December 6, 2011 Not clear about the setup. But, you can create an extension on the snomONE (India)and then associate Singapore number as the "cell phone" of that extension. So, when you call the snomONE AA from Singapore, you should hear the "PVA" prompts. One of the option is something like "To dial a number.. " Quote
gotvoip Posted December 7, 2011 Report Posted December 7, 2011 what about using a calling card account? Would that work? So they call the AA then the CC extension and they can then make an outbound call once they are authenticated. Quote
