Hello All

Incoming and outgoing calls working fine via Sangoma B600 with NBE. Current issue is if call is not answered by main extensions in hunt group it gets sent to group mailbox. Group mailbox starts recording without first giving announcement and continues to record after caller has hung up. Only way I can get the system to disconnect is to physically unplug line.

Any pointers?

Seems like the PBX is getting the BYE from NBE and the 200 OK is going back to the NBE. That should disconnect the call.

OK, so does this mean the problem lies elsewhere? Can you suggest where else I should be looking.

 

I have noticed that when an external call gets put through to the group mailbox, there is no announcement. On listening to the message, only silenec is recorded until the external caller hangs up and then the dial tone is recorded until the line is physically disconnected.
