I can get it set up to require a PIN all of the time via ticking the P box in the dial-plan, but is there anyway to only require the Pin after buisness hours? Thanks! pbx support Posted March 19, 2012 Report Share Posted March 19, 2012 There is nothing very straight-forward. But in v4.5 versions, you can assign the service flags to the dialplan entries. So, what you can do is to create 2 service flags - 1 for business hours and 1 for outside business hours. After that in the dialplan, create 2 entries with the same pattern/replacement/trunk combination. Assign the above mentioned service flags to each one and select the PIN only for the after business hours entry. That should be a solution for your scenario.
