Delayed Audio 3.4.0.3198 (Win32) PBXnSIP

We are using SIP Service from VOIP Innovations and all calls are answered by the Auto Attendant.

 

Sometimes when a call is answered by the Auto Attendant the first 3-5 seconds of the greeting can not be heard by the caller.

 

I sent The SIP Provider a Packet Capture of the trouble and they said that the call is answered OK but they received no audio from the pbx until 5 seconds later.

 

The pbx is running in a HyperV server with a direct Internet connection (no router)to the world.`

 

Has anyone else seen this or have an idea as to the cause?
