Bill H Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 I am looking at the Currently Active Calls screen and I see several calls in the "Alerting" state for over an hour. This occurs all day long with different extensions. I can click the Red "X" in the Action column to clear it but I would rather find the cause and fix it. Has anyone else seen this???? pbx support Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 Wow! that seems very strange. We haven't heard this basic issue so far. I remember there was some state update issue with the ACD calls (long time ago). But the if the call was disconnected, calls list was cleared. What is the version number?
