Bill H Posted April 27, 2012 Report Share Posted April 27, 2012 I am looking at the Currently Active Calls screen and I see several calls in the "Alerting" state for over an hour. This occurs all day long with different extensions. I can click the Red "X" in the Action column to clear it but I would rather find the cause and fix it. Has anyone else seen this????
